Shipping policy

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times (after processing): • United States: 12–22 business days • Canada: 10–18 business days • Rest of world: 12–25 business days Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

Carriers. Orders ship via trusted international carriers and their local delivery partners (e.g., USPS for final-mile delivery in the U.S.). (Confirm this matches your supplier/carrier.)

Shipping costs. Free standard shipping on orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship at a flat $4.99. All prices and shipping charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

International orders. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country; these are not included in the order total.

Lost, delayed, or damaged. Contact Support@meltbliss.com within 48 hours of the delivery/expected date and we'll make it right.

Incorrect address. Please verify your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
